You will not post copyrighted material, unless you own the copyrights to such material, or you have permission to use and post such material. You will not post rude, obscene, illegal, hateful, embarrassing, or otherwise hurtful images or content. You will use the services for their intended purposes, and will not use the posted material to make fraudulent or false claims. Your posted content will be truthful, accurate to the best of your knowledge and up-to-date and will not contain viruses, trojan horses or any other harmful or deleterious programs. You will not transmit any material that may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including trademark, copyright or right of publicity. You will not impersonate any other person or organization.
SECURITY, PASSWORDS, USER IDS AND ACCOUNT NUMBERS
You will be responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password, user ID and/or account number, and will be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account. You will not access the website to collect personal or impersonal information about other persons for abuse or misuse; access the website to obtain a list of users of the website; access or use any secure or non-public areas of the website without authorization; or use posted email addresses or contact information for spamming, unsolicited messages or junk mail.

MEMBER PRIVACY
CascadiaWeddings.com will not sell or distribute your contact information or account information without your written approval. You agree that CascadiaWeddings.com may access your account, including its contents, as stated above or to review content for approval, and to respond to service, billing or technical issues. Edits to content may be suggested by CascadiaWeddings.com before approval.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE, MEMBER POLICIES
CascadiaWeddings.com reserves the right to change the Terms or policies regarding the use of the Service at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the Terms Of Service on the CascadiaWeddings.com site.

SERVICE AND USE OF ONLINE WEDDING ANNOUNCEMENTS
All statements in this document and the following pertain to the terms of use and service for CascadiaWeddings.com Online Wedding Announcement service.
Online Wedding Announcements will be deleted from the site and from the database 30 days after your stated ceremony date in your announcement. If you wish to terminate your account or remove your online wedding announcement from CascadiaWeddings.com prior to that time frame, you must send a written request for termination to CascadiaWeddings.com, either by mail or email.
CascadiaWeddings.com is not responsible for hosting problems or software problems that may cause failure of your online wedding announcement or inaccessibility of your online wedding announcement or any damages from thereof.
FOR BUSINESSES PARTAKING IN THE COMPLIMENTARY BUSINESS LISTING SERVICE OR THE PREFERRED BUSINESS LISTING PROGRAM WITH CASCADIAWEDDINGS.COM
All statements in this document and the following pertain to the terms of use and service for CascadiaWeddings.com's Preferred Business Listing program and the Complimentary Business Listing service.
This site is only provided to eligible wedding industry professionals, service providers, retailers or similar. Your operating business address must be in Idaho, Oregon or Washington State. If your business does not operate in one or more of these three states, the business is ineligible for the Complimentary or Preferred Business Listing programs. BY SUBMITTING YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION TO CASCADIAWEDDINGS.COM AND COMPLETING THE ACCOUNT REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A CASCADIAWEDDINGS.COM ACCOUNT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CASCADIAWEDDINGS.COM TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE.
BILLING PROCEDURES AND COSTS FOR SERVICES: COMPLIMENTARY BUSINESS LISTING SERVICE
THE STANDARD COMPLIMENTARY BUSINESS LISTING IS FREE. NO PAYMENT IS NECESSARY FOR THE STANDARD LISTING AS INDICATED IN THE REGISTRATION FORMS.
If you choose to list your business's website address as well, you must include it in the registration form. The cost is $169/year, paid up front in one lump sum. CascadiaWeddings.com accepts checks or money orders only. Make checks payable to CascadiaWeddings.com.

Once your payment is received and clear, and you have submitted your website address through our online form, your website address will be listed on the site along with your Complimentary Business Listing. If for any reason you decide to not to display your website address, you must log into your account with your account number and password, then delete the website address. To receive a refund for the remainder of the balance of the year for which you have paid, send an email to info@cascadiaweddings.com with your request and the amount of money that you feel is owed to you for the remaining balance. CascadiaWeddings.com will verify the amount and refund your money via check within 12 business days.
CascadiaWeddings.com will charge a $20 fee for returned checks.
BILLING PROCEDURES AND COSTS FOR SERVICES: PREFERRED BUSINESS LISTING PROGRAM
The cost for the standard Preferred Business Listing is $199/year with a one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $35. All costs are paid up front in one lump sum. CascadiaWeddings.com accepts checks or money orders only. First, complete the information in the forms for the Preferred Business Listing Website, until you reach the final Thank You page. Then immediately mail the full payment to CascadiaWeddings.com. Make checks payable to CascadiaWeddings.com.

Once your payment is received and clear, your Preferred Business Listing will be made live at CascadiaWeddings.com. You can terminate this service at any time, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. To delete or disable your Preferred Business Listing, send an email with the request to info@cascadiaweddings.com along with the amount of money you feel is owed to you for the remaining balance. CascadiaWeddings.com will verify the amount and refund your money via check within 12 business days.
If your check or money order is not received within 30 days after the creation of your completed account, your account information will be deleted from our database. CascadiaWeddings.com will charge a $20 fee for returned checks.
